MRB Barber and Salon is a family dream brought to life, founded by an uncle and niece who discovered their entrepreneurial spark while teaching cosmetology side-by-side. Inspired by their shared passion for the craft and a vision to uplift new talent, they decided to build something unique. Today, MRB proudly stands as a Black-owned, high-end salon dedicated to providing exceptional hair care and sophisticated styling for people of color, while also championing the growth of up-and-coming stylists in an inspiring environment.
